Ronda Stump, Broker and Owner of Grand Mountain Realty.
Our Team
I have been a resident of our mountain city since 1970, gaining a deep understanding of the area, from the stunning San Francisco Peaks to our historic downtown. Prior to my career as a real estate agent, I spent 27 years as a commercial escrow officer and county manager, overseeing title and escrow operations across Coconino and Yavapai Counties.
I am also authorized to prepare legal documents through the Arizona State Bar Association and hold a license as an Arizona Commercial Mortgage Broker. This wealth of experience uniquely positions me to help both buyers and sellers navigate the complexities of real estate transactions.
My clients often rely on my expertise to address their questions and overcome any challenges they may face. Whether they are looking to buy or sell residential, investment, or commercial properties, I take pride in ensuring they achieve their goals successfully the first time.
Judy Ivicek - Real Estate Agent with Grand Mountain Realty
I relocated to northern Arizona in 1985 to pursue my education at NAU where I earned a degree in Accounting. My journey in real estate began after I bought and sold several properties, leading me to believe that real estate was where my heart was at. I received my real estate license in 2003 and never looked back. Assisting Buyers and Sellers as they achieve their investment and home ownership goals is both exciting and rewarding. Every day is a new challenging adventure. The ability to practice a profession I love in one of the most stunning places on the planet is a blessing beyond measure. I would be thrilled to join you on your next real estate adventure.
Eric Brownfield - Real Estate Agent with Grand Mountain Realty
In today's real estate market, success requires more than simply listing a home—it takes experience, strong negotiation skills, and an agent who truly listens. Over the past 10 years, I have built my business on one core principle: clear, consistent communication.
As a Flagstaff native, I have a deep knowledge of our neighborhoods, schools, outdoor recreation, and the lifestyle that makes Northern Arizona such a special place to call home. I enjoy helping buyers and sellers achieve their goals with confidence.
I hold the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), and Seller Representative Specialist (SRS®) designations, reflecting my commitment to continuing education and exceptional client service. Before real estate, I earned a degree in Construction Management from Northern Arizona University and managed complex building projects, giving my clients valuable insight into home quality, value, and preparation.
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife, Meggan, and our daughters, Maeve and Molly, skiing, hiking, golfing, and enjoying everything Flagstaff has to offer. I look forward to helping you achieve your real estate goals.
